FounderMy heart for seniors goes far beyond my own family. Over the years, I’ve been blessed to have so many wonderful people become like family — more grandmas and grandpas than I could have ever imagined. My time volunteering with Hospice for over four years opened my eyes to the incredible strength, wisdom, and love within this generation.
Working in a senior living community allowed me to build deep connections with residents and their families, each story touching my heart in a unique way. Those experiences inspired me to take this next step — helping seniors and their loved ones find the right community where they feel supported, cared for, and truly at home.
This isn’t just a career for me — it’s a calling, and I’m grateful for every opportunity to walk alongside families on this important journey

How much does it cost, and what’s included?
Costs vary depending on the level of care and the type of apartment or suite, but most communities charge a monthly rate.
That usually includes meals, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, activities, and 24-hour staff support. Personal care services — like help with bathing, dressing, or medication — can be added as needed.
At Guided Journey, I help families compare costs and understand exactly what’s included so there are no surprises.
What level of care is provided?
Communities offer different levels — from independent living (for active seniors) to assisted living (for those who need a little help each day), and memory care (for Alzheimer’s or dementia support).
Part of my role is helping you find a community that can meet your loved one’s needs now and in the future, so you don’t have to move again later.
Every community has its own personality! Most offer chef-prepared meals, daily activities, exercise classes, and outings.
Residents are encouraged to stay active and social, but they can also enjoy quiet time in their own space.
